Returns are accepted anytime within 60 days of purchase as long as the merchandise and packaging are in new and unused condition, so we are able to resell it. Please repackage the merchandise and include the original packing slip. The merchandise should be returned prepaid and insured via FedEx, UPS or USPS to our warehouse at:

You will also need a tracking number (USPS: delivery confirmation number) in the event that the package is misplaced en route.

We will credit your card within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable, unless the item is defective. In the case of a defect, you have the option of either a re-shipment of the item, or a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with a product you receive from us you may return it any time within 60 days for a full refund of the merchandise amount, no questions asked.
